Cancellations.

If you have to modify or cancel your reservation, you can do it 30 days before your arrival without any extra charge or additional cost. Past this delay, any modification or cancellation will bear a 20% charge based on the stay (corresponding to your down payment deposit). The cancellations that would take place within the 7 days prior to arrival will bear a 50% charge and No-show when your stay begins without a written letter on your part requesting cancellation, could mean you will be charged the complete cost of the stay.
